SHOP Policy

At Diamond Cuts, we respect your time and ask that you respect ours.

 



Appointments & Walk-ins

• Appointments are encouraged. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

• Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.

 

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the service price.

• Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

 

Payments

• Cash, Cash App, Zelle, and card are accepted.

• Payment is due at the time of service.

 

Late Policy

• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be rescheduled depending on the schedule.

 

Children Policy

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• Only the client receiving service is allowed in the barber chair.

 

Refunds

• No refunds once service has been completed.

• If there is an issue, please notify your barber before leaving the shop.

 

Respect Policy

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, intoxicated, or disruptive.

 

Personal Belongings

• Diamond Cuts Barber Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
